Book an appointment

Online appointment scheduling process

Online appointment booking is only possible for patients who are already known to us. It is done via the DocCirrus health portal “Gesundheitsportal”, which is our practice software provider. We will actively register you for this.

On this page, you will find more information about the different types of appointments, as well as illustrated instructions for activation, registration and booking appointments.

You are currently seeing a placeholder. To access the actual content, click the button below. Please note that this will share data with third-party providers.

For follow-up prescriptions for speech therapy and occupational therapy. If possible, please bring your current therapy report with you.

Step 1

Activation and registration

We will take care of the activation and registration at the health portal.

Please send us an e-mail first, stating your child’s surname, first name and date of birth. We also need the e-mail address that you wish to register.

You will receive a link from DocCirrus: Click on it and then (without re-registering) simply assign a password.

You can only register one email address per child.
If you have more than one child, you can book all appointments for one child and then add a note ‘Appointment for [child’s name]’. Alternatively, you can register a different email address for each child.

Schritt 2

Login and appointment booking

You log in via the health portal.

Now, first select a doctor of your choice and then click on appointment.

Then select the appointment type and choose a suitable date/time.

You can use the date and time settings to filter by a specific date or for specific times.

After clicking on ‘Book’, a window will open for further information. Please provide us with additional information about your child’s illness, the desired content of the conversation, etc.

Please note, especially for acute appointments when you need one promptly: if there are no appointments available with your primary physician, try the other doctors.
